HOUSE/TAG COLLARS

Our House/Tag collars are made of a strip of leather that's 1/2" wide and stripped fairly thin for comfort.  Meant to be worn at all times, the leather is engraved with your dog's name and phone number, and any other info you may need or want on it.  The great benefit to house collars is...NO MORE JINGLING ID TAGS!  We do include a D-ring so you can hang a rabies or other tag from it if you want to.  The D-ring can also be used to attach a leash in an emergency, however, these thin collars are not designed to be 'walking' collars.  They are worn in addition to the collar, so you can keep the house collar on at all times and know that should your pet ever escape, they'll have their id on them.  So many people keep the id tag on their collars, then remove the collars when the dog is in the house or the backyard.  Then, if the dog gets out, they have no id on them!  This simple design alleviates that problem.

Our standard procedure is to dye these collars chestnut brown, which weathers to a lovely, deep 'leather' color, and matches all other decorative or walking collars beautifully.  However, if you need another color, we're happy to accommodate if we can.
